I'm Rosa Maldonado, the heart and soul behind Artistique Events, a journey that began back in 2000 planning events and designing floral arrangements for members of my church. Inspired by a deep passion for classy, colorful, and personalized celebrations, I set out to create a company that would make your special day not only worry-free but absolutely elegant and unforgettable.

With a career rooted in organization, leadership, and creative expression, I bring a unique blend of corporate professionalism and artistic vision to event experiences. I began my career as a Corporate Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership through high-level administrative management, strategic coordination, and operational efficiency—building a strong foundation in communication, discretion, and detail-driven execution.

I later advanced into an Office Manager role, where I oversaw daily operations, managed teams, and streamlined workflows. My ability to balance people, processes, and priorities led me naturally into the events industry.

As an Event Venue Operations Manager, I managed logistics, vendor relationships, staffing, and on-site execution for diverse events. Immersed in live event environments, I discovered a deep passion for event planning, décor, and the transformative power of design.

Today, I specialize in Event Planning, Floral Design, and Event Décor, combining operational expertise with a genuine passion for creating meaningful, visually captivating events. I am highly creative with floral design and enjoy transforming spaces through thoughtful styling, custom arrangements, and cohesive design concepts. Known for my attention to detail and love for the creative process, I approach every event with enthusiasm, intention, and a commitment to delivering beautifully executed experiences.
